Ninety Plus Coffee

With Ninety Plus coffee, Craig Simon, two times Australian
Barista Champion, said that “I think this is the coffee that wins
people over; because it gives them a true light bulb moment that
forces them to recalibrate what is possible to experience from a
‘coffee.” Taste Profiles of the Ninety Plus are given numeric
levels, Level 7 through Level 195. Quality, scarcity, and price
increase with level number. Ninety Plus’s dedication to experi-
ments and pushing of the limits has not only reveals some of
the world’s finest coffees, but has also helped, to evolve them
along with the farmers community. Through dedicated wok with
the producers, processing techniques, and variety separation,
Ninety Plus Coffee had strived to create these amazing beans.
             kEmgin
             Ethiopia, Level 12
Inspired by a coffee from Nekempte in 2009, Kemgin selec-
tions are lively with clear, light citrus and ginseng.
             Varietal: Wellega, Sidama, and Yirgacheffe
Tasting Notes: white peach, lime, honeydew, ginseng, milk
        chocolate
             tcHEmbE
             Ethiopia, Level 12
Tchembe was inspired by the Haricho and Bolo varieties
in the Amaro Mountains. Like the wide range of tones from a
Djembe drum - deep bass tones from the center, sharp bright
tones from the edge, it was easy to detect and remember Tchembe
        upon first sip.
             Varietal: Ethiopia Sidama
Tasting Notes: honeydew, strawberry, papaya, chocolate,
        creamy mouthfeel
