                            Ninety Plus Coffee






                                        Introduction: Joseph Brodsky
                                             Joseph Brodsky, the founder of Ninety Plus Coffee, has always been a very dedicated
                                        and a very focused person. As a young soccer player, he wanted to make the pros, so he
                                        packed up and headed for Spain and Argentina to try out for pro teams. He got involved
                                        with coffee after helping out at his brother’s roastery; where he learnt that it was so hard
                                        to source good green beans. When it comes to coffee, he fell in love with Ethiopian
                                        coffee during his very first cupping. That cupping featured three Ethiopians he bought from
                                        Allegro Coffee, which has changed his life. “From that point forward, my coffee life really
                                        began. I decided I wanted to become a coffee producer in Ethiopia, and moved to Addis
                                        Ababa in 2006 to start Ninety Plus”, said Joseph. This is where Ninety Plus began: Ninety
                                        Plus is a coffee producer with an international reputation for rare and exclusive coffees.
                                        They operate a trading and distribution business that partners with green coffee farmers to
                                        produce and sell coffee to specialty coffee roasters and importers worldwide.
                                             Founded in 2007, Ninety Plus coffee has strived to push the limits of coffee beans
                                        sourcing, growing, and processing, to create the most memorable and winner beans to the
