cancer). It may sound terrifying, but according to the research done by JECFA,
it will not be dangerous if we only inhale a normal amount. However, if we inhale
too much, then it will affect our nervous system, or even cause cancer. Right
now, California is thinking of an amendment to put a warning label on the coffee.

Acrylamide content in coffee products
Of course, releasing acrylamide during roasting is uninten-
