                        I spoke to agreed that knowledge is power
                        and that if more people are armed with
                        the right information, progress can be
                        made. The success of digital tools will only
                        be as big as the willingness of those in the
                        coffee industry to use it.
                            From my perspective, it seems that
                        there is still some hesitance to move away
                        from the status quo. Perhaps this is be-
                        cause the benefits of digitalisation are not
                        always immediately obvious or because
                        people are afraid of change. It could also
