Steadfast brewer with tanned natural
leather, keeping the slurry hot
The Steadfast developed by Nothin Coffee, a Korean
Speciality coffee brand, has been officially launched,
after achieving a successful crowdfunding campaign
through Makuake , Japan’s largest crowdfunding service.
Steadfast is a “pocket” type brewer that improves flow
rate. It’s very “ridge” to prevent a bottleneck during the
coffee brewing. High thermal conductivity stainless steel
material allows the brewer to heat up quickly and the
tanned natural leather outer layer provides insulation to

steel (SUS304) and veggie-processed real leather with

Try Fast Flat Paper Filters
PERFECT YOUR
Spanish boutique coffee accessory maker Sibarist Launched
Fast Flat with flat walls. The absence of flutes alleviates the
potential for grounds to become isolated and potentially under-
extracted in the crevices, while also allowing for freer and more
even circulation of particles in the slurry during the turbulence
of pouring, the company contends. Air flow between the filter
and the brewer is also eliminated by the flat paper’s adhesion
to the interior of the brewer when wet, thereby preventing
“bypass”. In-house testing has indicated that the temperature
at the bottom of the Flat filters starts off higher and is overall
more consistent throughout the brew time as compared to the
performance of fluted filters. Insulated glass or ceramic brewers
are recommend to pair with the Fast Flat.
