                                                 market from 2020 to 2021. Wrapped up in the fancy titles of
                                                 “sustainable development”, “healthy vegetarian doctrine” and
                                                 “bright lifestyle”, this food category has embraced its heyday.
                                       Seemingly  like  a  new  acquaintance,  plant-based  food  has  in  fact  held  a
                                       foothold in this large land for a while.
