              Strawberry Hazelnut

                  C-through, in Seoul’s Iteawon, is one of the most
              trendy cafes in South Korea. Kangbin Lee is the owner
              and a barista of C-through and, as the matter of fact,  he
              is a super star Barista. That is why, he has a very strict
              concept of developing new items in the menu. “Popular
              but something special” with this what people usually order,
              and this Pink Pong latte is exactly it.The drink is easy to
              prepare with very basic ingridients, but at the same time

              Ingredients                                          The whole drink is based on a variety of citrus
                                                               flavors and berry flavors. In addition, coffee, that is

              Cream:                                           soul” with a hope that the drinker could relate to it.
              · 5ml DaVinci Gourmet Intense
              Hazelnut                                         Ingredients
              · 30g Fresh Cream
              · 15ml Milk
                                                               · 40ml DaVinci Gourmet Grapefruit Mix
                                                               · 10ml DaVinci Gourmet European Strawberry Syrup
              ① Steam 25ml of European Strawberry Syrup, 5ml of   · 3 Drops DaVinci Gourmet Cherry Blossom Intense
              sugar syrup and 120 ml of milk all together.     · 40ml Specialty Coffee – Costa Rica
              ② Use hand blender to mix all the ingredients for   · 150g  Ice
              cream in one cup.
              ③ Fill the cup with the drink, following by pouring   Golden Soda:
              30ml of Espresso and putting some cream on top.  · 100ml DaVinci Gourmet Dry
              ④ Finish Strawberry Hazelnut Gateau with placing   Bitter Orange Syrup
              some cooking and chocolate powder on top of it.  · 500ml Water
                                                               · 0.3g Golden baking powder
                                                               · Seasalt
                                                               · Grapefruit/Lemon/Lime slice


                                                               ① Make golden soda with 100ml Bitter Orange Syrup,
                                                               500ml water, and 0.3g golden powder.
                                                               ② Use Aeropress to make 40ml specialty coffee.
                                                               ③ Use a shaker to mix all ingredients except for soda.
                                                               ④ Fill the cup with ice and blended drink, following
                                                               by pouring golden soda on top.
                                                               ⑤ Finish with placing some roasted fruit slice.
