                        Let me begin to walk you to the SIGEP 2015 event by introducing a little bit about the history of SIGEP. First
                    of all, it is already the 36th times this event has been held recently in 17-21 January 2015. It was held at the Rimini
                    Fiera, Italy . The expo is acknowledged as the world´s most important in the artisan gelato sector, a primary European
                    showcase for artisan Italian confectionery and is also strengthening its position in the artisan bakery field. A thousand
                    companies in a sold-out expo centre: innovation, trends and business for the artisan gelato, pastry, bakery, coffee,
                    chocolate and catering food chains are rendezvous. This EXPO shows the extraordinary strength of Italian-made food
                    by having more than 187,233 visitors in year 2015 which is about 8% increased from last year. On show, all the very
                    latest in raw materials, basic products, plant, machinery, furnishing and fittings for the artisan gelato and bakery trades
                    drawn together. This is why coffee tea and ice cream magazine team has gone to Rimini to capture and come back to
                    update and bring all our readers to this event with us.
