It’s been a year of successful studies
for this coffee mogul and Italian Uni-
versity. Together these two are aiming
different unstudied issues in coffee
industry. Every 2 months they gather
different scientists to discuss their
latest works on coffee and see future
innovations and trends. In HostMi-

Booth Design
This year every exhibitor pre-
pared something special in their
booth: every company created a per-
sonal space so visitors would be fo-
cused on what is inside, something
like separate rooms. Every booth was
very different as companies share dif-
ferent philosophy. This year during
HostMilano the most noticeable
booths were Wega and their lounge
area; Miscela D’Oro surrounded them-
selves with walls made of golden wire,
that looked very elegant and intrigu-
ing; last but not least, Nuova Sim-
onelli and their Coffee Robot, Kuka:
Kuka is a robot that can make all your
wishes come true, well not all, but for
now your coffee wishes can be ful-
filled by choosing type of a drink you
want on a tablet and then picking it
up from Kuka.
