Brazil, standing out to be a new shining
star, thanks to its long history of being part
of COE as an origin country.
The COE (Cup of Excellence) held in
Brazil in October is the hottest event that
judges want to sign up for the most, since the
rules of competition changed last year by
scheduling the competition of Pulped Naturals
and Naturals on the same week. They are
attracted by the samples quantity and
cupping of two kinds of processed
beans, compared to the previous
rule, when these two competitions
were held on different weeks,
judges only had the right to
participate in one of them.
