                  Mr. Amcrocio is originally from Guatemala and
              started to participate in COE in 2001. Invited to join the
              team by ACE in 2007, he is partly responsible for the
              branding of COE in Guatemala. He knows very well that
              COE is the pioneer in specialty coffee industry, and it is
              seeking new origin areas and coffee producers all the time.
