          NuotaBrillo (SwimBrillo) and a vegetarian
          option, ViviBrillo (LiveBrillo). Otherwise,
          you can choose the option Fatti il tuo
          Brillo (Do your Brillo) and customize your
          burger choosing the type of bread, meat,
          vegetables and sauces. The burger offer is
          enriched by a selection of thirty national
          and international artisan beers, and Bril-
          loBeer, exclusively produced by a Pugliese
          brewery.
               The menu reflects Brillo’s philoso-
          phy: selected products, high quality ingre-
          dients, original combinations and gourmet
          chefs in the kitchen, providing street food
          for a wide public. The same criteria have
          been applied in designing the space.
               Costa Group reflected the spirit of
          the location creating a fresh and impressive
          ambience, based on the contrast between
          yellow and black and aimed at being a
          challenge to tastes homogenization: more
          than a burger restaurant, Brillo Burger is a
          bet on quality.























                                                                                      The open plan kitchen, the real soul
                                                                                 of the restaurant, has an industrial appear-
                                                                                 ance: bright yellow corrugated iron recalls
                                                                                 the aspect of food trucks. Black and white
                                                                                 chess floor, black varnish leaves marks
                                                                                 on raw wood, leaden walls with mirrors
                                                                                 and an impressive communication with
                                                                                 menu-boards, customized packaging and
                                                                                 hand-drawn flowers on the wall convey
                                                                                 Brillo spirit.
                                                                                      The project looks into the future be-
                                                                                 cause «we have new openings in the pipeline
                                                                                 – the owner of the location, Daniele Lassa-
                                                                                 landra, says – with the same brand abroad,
                                                                                 and we are studying also a steak-house
                                                                                 restaurant format with waiting service, an
                                                                                 evolution of Brillo Burger concept».
