Brillo Burger, high quality street food in
the heart of Rome
The new high quality burger restaurant opens its
doors just a few steps from Piazza del Popolo, and descends
from Brillo Parlante, a well-known restaurant, pizzeria
and wine bar offering Roman traditional recipes.
The two locations are opposite one another, and
their conceptual connection is evident also in their names:
Brillo Burger embodies the spirit of the burger restaurant,
providing high quality street food.
11 Burgers, 1 hot dog and 1 sausage burger, a real
Roman cuisine milestone; 4 juices, 4 salads, 4 desserts and
4 fried dishes (onions, potatoes, fish and pumpkin flow-
ers), everything is fresh cooked, in an open plan kitchen.
The project is based on liveliness, as demonstrated
by the names of the burgers on the menu, creative varia-
tions of Brillo spirit. You can choose between AmaBrillo
(liter. LoveBrillo) or RidiBrillo (LaughBrillo), original
gourmet combinations prepared with fassone beef, angus
