                                                   “Discovering Ninety Plus” is an
                                             activity for coffee hobbyists to taste coffee
                                             like a pro. Through observing, smelling and
                                             finally tasting, participants are asked to
                                             identify the Ninety Plus coffee out of four
                                             coffees from the same region. With prizes
                                             to be won, participants are fully submerged
                                             in the indulgence of Ninety Plus.

          A down-to-earth dream
               The opening film blew the guests
          away to the Ninety Plus coffee estates
          in Ethiopia and Panama. Introducing his-
          torical influences and deep understanding of
          Arabica coffee in Ethiopia, and unique micro
          climates in Panama - key factors for the
          success of Ninety Plus.
               Founder and CEO of Ninety Plus -
          Mr. Joseph Brodsky made an appearance
          during the Shanghai event, who shared
          his first coffee epiphany when he tasted
          “blueberries” in specialty coffee. The ex-
          perience was so confusing for him that he
          decided to leave his job, and investigate
          further into the mysterious world of spe-
          cialty coffee.
               The Ninety Plus company was
          founded in 2006. With their sensory lab,
          well-managed coffee estates, and unique
          processing methods, Ninety Plus coffee
          quickly established itself as one of the
          top-quality coffee producers in the world
          today. Since the release of its first coffee,
          Ninety Plus had become the top-choice for
          baristas in competitions, and has made a
          few world champions. And now the China
          tour had brought the uniqueness of Ninety
          Plus from the judges tasting spoons to the
          public.
