“WE PRINT GOOD STUFF ABOUT COFFEE.” FROM THE EDITORS
As we gather for the latest issue of our magazine, we are thrilled to introduce the theme
of “Mix, The Point of Intersection”. In this dynamic world of coffee, tea, and ice cream, con-
vergence is the new norm. From innovative brewing techniques to the fusion of flavors and
cultures, the intersection of diverse elements gives rise to new trends, experiences, and op-
portunities. In this issue, we take you on a journey to explore the mixing of ideas, ingredients,
and influences that reshapes the coffee, tea, and ice cream landscape.
In our cover story, we explore the fascinating intersection of these two ancient bever-
ages, as experts from both the coffee and tea industries share their insights on how they’re
blending traditional methods with modern twists, and adapting to global tastes and prefer-
ences. From interviews with tea sommeliers and coffee producers, we uncover the ways in
which globalization is influencing the evolution of both industries, as well as the opportunities
and challenges that arise from this convergence.
In our “People” section, we meet two inspiring individuals who are pushing the bound-
aries of coffee production and innovation. Liz Escobar, a coffee producer and chef, shares her
passion for blending traditional methods with modern flavors. Meanwhile, Liu TaiYang, World
Coffee Roasting Champion from China, showcases his expertise in crafting unique coffee
experiences and shares his vision with us.
We continue by hopping onto the charming streets of Paris, where we discover the
