 TEA TIME :

Day and Night, Year after Year

M odern people can’t go a day without tea. Black Tea, in particular, is the most

accepted and loved type. Even if you have never tried kung fu tea, you are very
likely to have tried bubble black tea or black tea-based bubble milk tea in tea
stores. The prevalence of black tea is due to its full-fermented production process,
which shapes a lasting and rich honey aroma, as well as a fresh and sweet taste, making it more
friendly to drinkers. The popularity of tea has also spread the drinking culture to all ages. From
ancient times to modern days, varied tea categories have inspired different ways of drinking
and various moods have also had an impact on the way people drink tea. Dating back to the
Ming Dynasty, Xu Cishu highlighted 24 moods and atmospheres suitable during drinking time
in his Tea Shu (茶疏). For example, leisure moment, chatting together at late night, and con-
fusion. He believes that drinking tea at these moments can achieve the most beautiful state.
This theory is also known as 24 appropriate tea drinking tea moments.
