                                                        shops hiring managers would also look for individual
                                                        qualities such as good listening and communication,
                                                        problem solving and customer service skills. Barista
                                                        works closely with customers, so it is good to have those
                                                        abilities or get trained on the job to have them, have an
                                                        outgoing  personality, and present those qualities in a
                                                        professional manner.
