           Island Java


               A smooth blend of dark rum and espresso that’ll
           cool you down even as it picks you up. Plantation
           Original Dark Rum blends a three-year aged base rum
           with a 15 to 20 year traditional “pot still” rum for com-
           plex flavours of pecan, caramel and tropical fruit that
           intertwine perfectly with the espresso and a finishing
           touch of frozen coconut water.                 Chai Tea Julep

           · 50 ml Plantation Original Dark Rum
           · 30 ml Fresh Espresso                             A Julep like you’ve never had, combining cognac
           · 15 ml Cinnamon-Nutmeg Syrup                  and curaçao with the aromatic spice flavours of Masala
           · Glass: Rocks                                 Chai tea. Pierre Ferrand’s light, buttery 1840 Cognac,
           · Ice: 1 large cube of frozen coconut water    based on recipes from - you guessed it - the year 1840,
                                                          provides a smooth and sophisticated base.


           ① Add all ingredients to shaker                · 45 ml Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
           ② Shake hard                                   · 10 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
           ③ Strain in a rocks glass over 1 large cube of frozen   · 8 ml Masala Chai Syrup
           coconut water                                  · Handful of Mint
           ④ Garnish with freshly grated coffee beans and   · Glass: Julep Cup
           pandan leaf                                    · Ice: Crushed or Pebble


                                                          ① Add a handful of mint to the julep cup and give a light
                                                          muddle
                                                          ② Add all of the ingredients and top with some ice
                                                          ③ Lightly swizzle the contents to blend the ingredients
                                                          ④ Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig,
                                                          half orange slice, star anise pod and powdered sugar
