Italian Champion Breathtaking Plan for Tuscany Tourists

National Barista Champion from Italy is now on to his
new preparation for both WBC 2015 and a new project
in Tuscany, Italy. As a young man who has grew up in
his family owned café in Tuscany, Giacomo learnt a lot
step by step and formed his passion for coffee. He stated,
“Fruity and sweet espresso is very complicated, it is very
charming. Also, day by day I learnt interesting new brew-
ing techniques which the new generation of as an Italian
barista sees opportunities.” his love for coffee shines
after winning the national competitions. Captivatingly,
the national champion is planning for a project after the
American romantic comedy drama, Under the Tuscan
Sun (2003). The project is called “Coffee under the Tuscan
Sun” where coffee lover travelers are gathered at their
farm in Tuscany. Imagine being under the Tuscan sky
early in the morning, tasting different coffee, and learn-
ing how to make them with the barista champions. Later
spend the rest of the days to relax and enjoy Tuscany
coffee and wine farms, sounds breathtaking, doesn’t it?
