D-BROS Mirrored Cups
Nowadays, cute coffee or tea cup is trending in many shops for both serving and selling. The world’s first mir-
rored cups designed by a Japanese design firm, D-Bros. Just as its name stated, it is simply a mirror cup, it is plain!
However, they get only get their appealing patterns and designs by reflection, when you place them on the saucers they
come with. Without the saucers, they are just plain mirrored cups! The cups, are made from Hasami porcelain, and
then coated with palladium metal. The beauty of these cups is that they have to be carefully made to meet its absolute
perfection because any slight bump will ruin the effect when they are placed with a saucer. The saucers are then hand
painted with all sorts of anamorphic designs that creates a somewhat image that is distorted to the eye when you look
at the saucer, however are mirrored into a more cohesive picture on the cup, when it’s placed on the saucer. Just like
magic!
