The shop sits on Sukhumvit 38 which is mostly resi-
dential and conveniently in the heart of city. The concept
fits perfectly with the area as Hand&Heart aims to provide
the simple and homely feel. “There are 3 key concepts.
The first if ‘Minimal’, meaning we try to do everything as
simple as it can be but with high efficiency. We embrace
simple style that feels cozy and we don’t overwork the
detail. The second is ‘Feel Like Home’ which means what it
says. We have bean bag zone where you can relax as if it is
your home. The third is ‘Zen’ which focuses on tranquility
and privacy.”
Hand&Heart types hand brewed specialty coffees.
Depending on the type of coffee, the brewing methods
include Aeropress, French press, Chemex, and Drip, and
there are only 2 coffee options - black and white.
“We serve Nordic style coffee that has an easy to
drink nature like tea, but packs distinctive coffee flavours.
And to get these flavours, we search and taste variety of
coffees, both homegrown and imported, as well as ask for
sample batches from roasters.”
