Four Barrel Coffee (www.fourbarrelcoffee.com)
First off, this place screams urban SF hipster.
Beards? Checked. Tattoos? Checked.
From the cool outdoor bike racks and outdoor
patio to the interior light set up, this place is heaven for
someone who has an eye for appealing spaces. I definitely
like the two coffee bars idea. One for pour-overs and one
for everything else. I definitely adore the time to witness
how they roast their coffee. I ordered form the pour over
bar and it was their Ethiopia Bulga beans. They have a
lovely fruit, sweet overtone and silky smooth finish. Its
no wonder they won a Good Food award for it!
Los Angeles
Los Angeles is the second largest city in the United States in terms of population and one of the largest in
terms of area. Nicknamed the City of Angels, even the famous band “RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS” song’s lyrics quoted
“Sometimes I feel like my only friend, It’s the city I live in, the City of Angels, Lonely as I am, together we cry.” The
glamour of Hollywood, Beverly Hills, the Sunset Strip, and the famous beaches have added to Los Angeles’s reputation
as a California paradise and have contributed to the area’s phenomenal growth. Los Angeles is a city of fascinating
diversity.
Dinosaur Coffee (www.dinosaurcoffee.com)
Dinosaur coffee shop is a legitimate coffee
bar that serves its purpose to the neighborhood.
The space is comfortable and especially bright
during daytime from their clear rooftop right in
the middle of the shop. On clear days the coffee
bar really opens up. Dinosaur coffee doesn’t
roast its own beans. However, it carries various
beans from Four Barrel roaster. It is also the only
coffee shop I have seen that uses the Ferrari Red
La Marzocco machine, so eye-catching, and a
great compliment to the light colored wooden
interior. The iced almond milk latte was a
luscious. The place has high ceilings and wooden
floors with dinosaur art! There’s this really cool
sign in the back of the store that says “Everything
will be fine” in neon pink lights, surrounded
by green plants. Also, the place is filled with
dinosaur models and pocket books! Very good
times spent in there indeed. You can also make
your own origami and take a selfie with T-Rex
in the bathroom.
