immediately know the café gets really busy. Coffee Aca-
demics employs a lot of staffs, with the majority serving
the main shop and a roaster working on a 12 kg Probat
roasting machine right next to the main shop.
Situated in North Point, Brew Note Coffee
Roasters is the last café and it ended the trip impressively.
Compared to earlier shops, Brew Note is neither big nor
Coco Espresso
small. We were greeted by a Giesen roasting machine at
the front of the shop before Vincent Hung, the owner,
personally welcomed us inside. He recommended the
dripped Panama Geisha Hartman Special Lot. 16 and sug-
gested that it should be drunk slowly as the taste changes
with temperature. Beside the single origin offerings, their
N1 Coffee & Co. House Blend Espresso is equally impressive.
