                                                       Coffee makes for an excellent ingredient in a steak rub: something
                                                   about the rich and savory coffee flavor goes perfectly with the fresh meat.
                                                   And while nothing beats a good beef steak, the strong flavor of coffee
                                                   rub will pair well with any meat.
                                   Sauce              YOU WILL NEED
                                                   1 Steak
                                                   1/4 cup ground dark roast or espresso coffee
                               Pea Pesto           1/2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
                                                   2 tbsp dark brown sugar
                             YOU WILL NEED         1/2 tsp chili powder
                           230 gr cooked peas      1/2 tbsp granulated garlic
                              40  gr olive oil     1 tsp sweet paprika
                                  2  gr basil      1 tsp coriander
                     4  gr mint, finely chopped    1 tsp oregano
                   5  gr grated Parmesan cheese    1 tsp sea salt
                                   HOW TO             HOW TO
                   Bring all ingredients together   ① Allow the steak to come to room temperature while you prepare the
