Recently I have found out that there are a lot of young people who like to drink tea, it surprised me
as we are not really into the tea culture and meditation, so our reason is simple: tea tastes good. However,
when we talk about how to drink tea, there are various methods. Living in fast pace communities, some-
times we need to brew a cup of tea to have a break relax. So how to brew tea? Let me walk you through.
Simple Brewing Methods for Office
Sometimes we are thirsty or crave some snack just to think better at work, of course, we do not want
spend a lot of time on it so the best option for an office cup of tea would be using glasses and mugs with
filters. Let’s look closer at brewing tea in a mug.
Green tea that we normally drink usually has a name, like Westlake Longjin and Anji White Tea etc.
If we soak green tea for too long, it becomes bitter, so try not to put too
much when brewing in a mug: a pinch of two to three grams is enough. We
also need to control the water temperature, some people say that a tem-
perature of 85 to 90℃ is essential, but who brings a thermometer
to work? The easiest way to do this is to pour the boiled water
into the mug and let it cool for one to two minutes, then goes
green tea. After that, we don’t need to stir it, just wait until
the leaves gradually descend and your cup is ready.
The main difference in brewing Jinjunmei tea is the tea
leaves. The taste of Meizhan Jinjunmei and Caicha Jinjunmei
is mild, so the more tea you put the merrier. On the other
