for 12 hours while making espressos, flat whites, iced
lattes and not forgetting to smile and greet everyone. In
these conditions, baristas always try to look good so their
customer remember not only the coffee shop and quality
of the drinks, but also the person who served them. You
can clearly see how important it is for a barista to stand
out of the crowd during the competitions as every item of
clothing is taken care of: from aprons to socks.
