Idea in Ice Cream
F or a long time, ice cream was considered a dairy product because
milk was its main ingredient. As the recipe and manufacturing
process of ice cream continues to evolve, today, ice cream is becoming
increasingly popular among consumers as a specialty, breaking the
seasonal restrictions. But with it comes a consumption upgrade — consumers
are looking for more than just taste, they are looking for experience. Such
experience begins with visual cues and color is usually the first element that
consumers notice in the appearance of a food product.
