coffee grinders. Made in Italy since 1948 and still one of
the most respected brands. The Major VP is the fastest
flat burr grinder in Mazzer’s V line. Its innovative tech-
nology allows for higher grinding speeds with lower RPM
(revolutions per minute – 900 RPM @50Hz). Thanks to
its high torque motor, the Major VP can grind high vol-
umes of coffee without overheating, preserving coffee’s
aromatic compounds. The lower-revolution motor results
in less noise and a longer lifespan for the grinder and its
components. Tailor-made 83mm flat burrs with selected
high-performance steel help to produce sharper edges
for even grind size distribution and consistent coffee
extraction. The built-in Grind Flow Control (GFC) system
with two interchangeable wire dampers (Hybrid and
AntiDust) allows for greater control of the flow of coffee
grounds and improves dose consistency. It also includes
a 19-language electronic control panel with IoT function-
alities and a portafilter-activated grind button. On top of
this an easy access to the grinding chamber with no loss
of grind settings makes cleaning extremely simple and
efficient. Red accent details and sleek lines give the
grinder a sporty look.
