CLASSE 20

BREWING JUST GOT BETTER.

Elegance, sturdiness and performance are the distinctive charac-
teristics of Classe 20, the new Rancilio espresso machine. A fusion of
innovation and tradition, Classe 20 raises the status of its product
category in terms of performance and functionality, and it is available
in two versions – SB (Steady Brew) e ASB (Advanced Steady Brew).
Classe 20 SB (Steady Brew) is the first Rancilio brand espresso
machine that is equipped with the Steady Brew. Patented by Rancilio
LAB, the Steady Brew technology is the evolution of the traditional
thermosiphon system that improves the performance of the whole
single boiler espresso machines. Steady Brew guarantees excellent
thermal precision, reliability, and maximum repeatability both during
work peaks and in low-usage conditions. Our team obtained measur-
able and remarkable results in terms of thermal stability (±1.9°C) on
any temperature set by the customer (from 88° to 98°).
Besides the new Rancilio Classe 20 SB, the Steady Brew technol-
ogy is now standard on all Rancilio single boiler espresso machine from
Classe 5 up to Classe 11.
Classe 20 ASB (Advanced Steady Brew) is the multi-boiler ver-
sion. The independent groups which are equipped with a micro-boiler
and a heating element, are the maximum guarantee for the thermal
stability of the groups, accurately controlling the temperature of the
water for each brew. With the Classe 20 ASB, the barista can regulate
a different temperature for each group, even during operation, quick-
ly and easily using a touchscreen interface. Performance can be checked
in real time with all the coffee, water and steam parameters organized
in simple swipe menus.
Classe 20 was also created to improve technical support services
and make maintenance operations faster, thanks to the Advanced
Diagnostic system. The “Technical” menu includes a “Service” function
allowing users to test all the machine’s systems, check that all compo-
nents are in good working order and pinpoint faults or technical
problems without having to inspect the internal elements.
