Eversys launches the new Enigma
Super Traditional Machine.

Decoding the DNA of Coffee is the leading slogan of the
Enigma ST, a machine designed to be authentic and timeless.
The Eversys’ “Classic” machine design range rep-
resents an evolution from the previous E’line, whilst the
Super Traditional version is a true revolution; created to
appeal to the most discerning of baristas, individuals
seeking to leverage technology, enable them to be more
consistent, creative and productive.
As Alexandre Rossier, Head of Design at Eversys
says; the Enigma ST stand as “A high-tech aesthetical
bridge between curvy traditional coffee machines and
architectural automatic ones”.
The Enigma/ST line is equipped with all our latest
technology; from our robust steam wand designed with 3
different milk frothing options, the innovative short 1.5-Step
outlet providing the finest milk quality just at the press of a
button, our new metallic coffee outlet and the e’Levelling
system delivering a constant quality of extraction.
In terms of design, the back of the machine has a dou-
ble-curved translucent panel that animates the volume of
the machine, without looking too bulky. This is due to its
quasi-floating connection to the side panels suspended by
milled metal pins. In the centre, a strong aluminum bar di-
vides the volume, helping to reduce the visual height of the
machine yet affirming its strong character. Copper colour is
utilised as an accent hue on the display frame, in order to
maintain a family feeling with other Eversys machines.
