                   The work-from-home lifestyle has spurred the trend of quick-fixes in the
            kitchen. People are not just customising recipes to suit their needs but are also
            trying to go beyond taste and convenience to understand the various facets
            attached to food and drink—and this includes provenance, nutritional value
            and environmental cost.

                   Everything has changed from what we knew and people find ways to cope
            with the new unexpected reality. Coffee industry has changed too and will see
            new ways of development. In this issue we talked to a lot of people to see how

            coffee professionals and lovers around the world see coffee industry develop-
            ing and moving forward, after all coffee industry has been always proud of
            being a big international family.
                   In this issue you will find some upcoming trends for 2021 as well as some
            good old pieces, like Café Hopping. Even though not everyone these days is so

            privileged to travel, but we stil miss café hoppings so decided to imagine our-
