Mai Thailand.
I have fallen in love with coffee in
Australia when I was working in coffee shop
where 2007 World Latte Art champion, Jack
Hanna, was working at the same place. See-
ing him working with his Latte art and
experience coffee culture in Australia was
really a main inspiration for my love to
coffee. Now I travel to about 4 countries
per month, and I usually take only my pitch-
ers and etching tool with me. My favourite
city to visit and have coffee in are Mel-
bourne and Chiang Mai. The best coffee I
World have tried was made by Dawn Chan in Cup-
ping Room in Hong Kong, it was the first time
I have tried Panama Geisha and it was com-
pletely different than the other coffee that I
Travellers have ever tried before at that time. I am going
to India soon and expect it to be the most
unusual place I ever visited, I think there will
be a lot of new exciting things to explore.
Next place to go in my bucket list is Machu
Picchu in Peru, which I think I can visit
Thinking of where to go next, we talked to the people who
right after I pass my champion title in 2018
travel the most: young coffee professionals. They all found their
World Latte Art Championship in Brazil.
dream jobs thanks to coffee and now it allows them to travel
around the world, experiencing new things and seeing new cities.
They are fresh, passionate about what they do, successful in their
areas and well-travelled – all of it makes them the perfect people
to talk to when it comes to seeking for new coffee adventures.
