                    VA358 WHITE EAGLE

























                           A new Eagle is ready to spread its wings and land in all coffee shops that make quality and consistency
                    their mission.
                           It is called the VA358 White Eagle and is a new Victoria Arduino machine dedicated to specialty coffee.
                           T3 technology. This technology ensures the preparation of quality and consistent espresso, because
                    it guarantees total control of thermal accuracy in water dispensing and therefore of temperature stability. T3
                    technology, thanks to an electronic system of probes that measure temperature and pressure and PID, which
                    manage each variable, allows the barista to have three-dimensional control of the water temperature and thus
                    offer coffee and cappuccino of the highest quality that is, above all, consistent.
                           Easycream technology. This reduces the possibility of human error to ensure ever more consistent
                    creamy milk foam. Easycream technology, in fact, allows the barista to overcome the challenge of consistency
                    through automated milk preparation that replicates the gestures of good bartender. Experience from the best has
                    been transformed into technology to ensure evermore consistent cups of coffee.
                           Cool touch steam wand. Easier cleaning and more safety for the barista. The new cool touch wand
                    installed on the VA358 White Eagle is always cold, even when delivering steam. It eliminates any risk of scalding
                    for the barista, reducing the possibility of encrusting the milk and increasing the speed of cleaning.
