Singapore National Championships

Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Hall C
3 - 5 March 2016

The most recent Singapore National Champion-
ships were held in conjuction with Café Asia 2016 at
Marina Bay Sands Exhibition Hall across 3 days from
the 3rd of March to the 5th of March 2016.
This edition of the national championships saw
the introduction to their first ever Singapore National
Cup Taster’s Championship (SNCTC) and the inaugu-
ral Singapore National Barista Championship (SNBC),
Singapore National Latte Art Championship (SNLAC)
and Singapore National Brewer’s Cup Championship
(SNBrC) competitions.
As the championships kicked off on the 3rd of
March, all 4 championships ran consecutively from 10am
to 6pm daily and saw a total of more than 64 competitors
throughout all the championships and a judging team of
approximately 40 judges from across Asia. The judging
team was led by WCE representatives Jake Hu (Taiwan), John Ryan Ting Regina Tay
Mike Yung (Hong Kong) and Yoshi (Japan).
