In 2009, La Marzocco worked with the world’s finest coffee professionals to design a new espresso machine. This group was
named the “Street Team”. The Strada, Italian for “street” was named in their honor. Street Team input resulted in the most technologi-
cally advanced traditional espresso machine that is barista-friendly and with a lower profile to invite customer engagement in a café
setting, while also providing the barista an open, expansive work area and a design that encourages creativity and customization. so
that each machine can be unique. That was how the Strada line was born. Today, La Marzocco has launched the Strada AV, its latest
addition to the Strada family - with curved design and exposed groups - presenting advanced ergonomic features and thermal stabil-
ity for top quality and high volume locations: the machine mechanics and electronics (firmware update by USB) make the Strada AV
service and tech-friendly. Its auto-volumetric and dosing technology (with flow meter) ensure consistent and repeatable shots. The
iconic three-button control panel and innovative High Performance Steam Wands provide an enjoyable and unique experience.

We use a high pressure tea espresso machine that creates a richness in flavor that cannot be achieved with tea made by hand.
The carefully selected tea is compressed in the espresso machine and the resulting brew is highly concentrated. When fresh milk and
creamy foam is added to this concentrated tea that emanates a unique fragrance, it creates many layers of flavors and textures. You will
taste a latte that seems like coffee but has even richer flavors. Coffee or tea? The latter is better.
