S7 is “Smart Coffee Roaster” developed and manufac-
tured by Stronghold Technology from South Korea. S7 is the
integration of the most innovative software called “Roastware”
and advanced hardware technology. “Roastware” can reproduce
the beans in the exact way you have done it before. It also offers
new possibilities to share user’s own roasting profiles with others
through WiFi connection. This electricity-based Smart Roaster
is easy to install and ensures stable and uniform heat quality
with lower cost. The design was specialized for high electric
thermal efficiency with the figuration of Stronghold, the name
of the company, in modern style. Stronghold’s S7 is the officially
licensed sponsor of sample roaster for ‘World Coffee Roasting
Championship’ 2015 and 2016. The company won the 2016 iF
Design Award iF Label (Jan 2016), INPEX 2012 Gold Label (Jun
2012), Euro Invent Prize Silver Label (Jun 2012), and the IENA
2011 Gold Medal (Nov 2011).

NEMOX Gelato CHEF 5L Automatic

The exclusive software developed by Nemox allows to control
the density of your mix and to start a storage cycle. The mixture is kept
mixed and at the right temperature as long as needed. You can process
up to 1 kg (1 qt) of mixture in 20-30 minutes, using either the fixed bowl
or the handy removable bowl, both are made of 18/10 stainless steel.

A magnetic safety device automatically stops the paddle when
the lid is lifted. The refrigeration and blending systems are designed for
long work cycles. The blade is made of stainless steel with removable
scrapers to ensure hygiene and strength.
