Blooom coffee house which first appeared in Shanghai
Coffee Festival 2017. This signature drink was designed
and presented in front of all coffee lovers who joined the
coffee festival this year.
The Paris of the Orient is a perfect combination
of gin and coffee. The gin and tonic is an all time fla-
vor cocktail which is perfect for summer time with its
sparkling freshness. Combining with cold brew coffee;
it turns to a coffee cocktail. With the power of spirit,
barista is able to feature out a particular coffee char-
01 ingredients with perfect proportion. A refreshing base
acteristic by combining it with the perfect matching
of tonic water is added to the drink to balance taste
while offering a sparkling mouth feel. Choose cold brew
instead of espresso in order to increase its freshness.
We recommend to take a sip first then swirl it to
five times to combine the coffee and tonic water.
