Tiramisu cheese



                                                                Instructions
                Ingredients    ·  Milk 1770g                    ①   Use a mixer to blend the milk, whipped cream, milk
                               ·  Whipped Cream 405g                powder and glucose together.
                               ·  Sugar 240g                    ②   Add the tiramisu paste to the mixture, and then
                               ·  Tiramisu Paste 240g               add Espresso.
                               ·  Espresso 30g                  ③   Use the mixer to blend all the materials well together.
                               ·  Cream Cheese 140g             ④   Put the mixture into the gelato machine for 20
                               ·  Milk Powder 90g                   minutes.
                               ·  Sugar 45g                     ⑤   Decorate the gelato with cocoa powder.
                               ·  Cocoa Powder(Optional)
