                        About Sober Café






                  Sober  Café  was inspired by New York City’s
              West Village. Mr. Van LIN (founder of GABEE)
              was invited as a consultant, he is also the two-time
              champion of Taiwan Barista Championship. Togeth-
              er with Shingo, founder of Sober Café, and Roger,
              store manager, Van developed creative recipe for
              coffee cocktails. What makes Sober Café different
              is that it is more like an aperitif bar, rather than an
              Italian-style café. The concept of aperitif bar is just
              starting in Asia, we can say Sober café is the first
              aperitif bar in China. Nowadays, the habit of drink-
              ing before dinner is on the rise: a small drink before
              meal for appetizing, this is a new type of dining
              habit that Sober Café wants to bring to the public.

                  Roger is the café manager. He entered bar-
              tending industry at the age of 20, starting from
              Ginza  and  Shinjuku  in  Japan.  Master  of  Italian
              coffee and cocktails, he is the best candidate for
              Sober café manager position. As he speaks several
              languages, he can always find a way to talk to any-
              one in the café.
