Bourbon Cappuccino

· 20ml Wild Turkey Bourbon
· 10ml Pure Maple Syrup
· 30ml Espresso
· 1cup Steamed Milk
Garnish: Orange Peel
Method: Layering

This coffee cocktail is made to be enjoyed
in the daytime. Giving you mixed flavors: sweet,
bitter and salty together, tickling the tongue.
The secret of this recipe is using bourbon as
base spirit to bring out light orange peel flavor,
adding maple syrup to give a soft sweet taste,
then Sober barista pours dense milk foam with
triple salty espresso.
