· 30ml Mixer Maracuja puree
· 15ml Mixer Ginger syrup
· 60ml Orange Juice
· 15ml Mixer Lime juice
· 15ml Mixer Simple syrup
· Top Karkadè and Mint infusion

① Put all the ingredients into a shaker
② Shake well
③ Add the infusion on top
④ Garnish with flowers

· 50ml Celery extract
· 50ml Pink Grapefruit juice
· 15ml Mixer Cucumber syrup
· 15ml Mixer Lemongrass syrup
· Top white tea foam

① Put all the ingredients into a shake
② Shake well
③ Serve in a Tumbler glass
④ Top with white tea foam
⑤ Garnish with Mint
