Japan Latte Art Championship2015 (JLAC2015)

Japan Coffee In Good Spirits2015 (JCIGSC2015)

17 February 2015, HCJ Event Stage,Tokyo Big Sight, Japan

This year, it’s the 7th year for JLAC. The preliminary contest has been held in 4 different places all over Japan,
and the 10 competitors who qualified to the finals have unveiled a great latte art.
JCIGSC, a championship where the competitors compete by creating their original cocktails with liqueurs and
spirits added to the coffee, has been held for the third time. 4 competitors who qualified to the finals have performed in
a high-level.
The winner of JLAC is Ms. Mao Nagura (The City Bakery) and the winner of JCIGSC is Mr. Shuichi Ofuchi
(Mixology Bar Source 2102). They spectacularly have won the ticket to the world championship which will be held in
Gothenburg, Sweden on June.
