Hong Kong Cafe of the Year

Driven by the renowned Grand Barista Challenge, Coffee and Food Challenge
the first Hong Kong Café of the Year competition is calling Johnathan Fan (Individual contestant)
for the best barista in the region to throw in a spoonful of Chiu Hoi Pang & Fan Mei Ki, McCafe
creativity in brewing a cup of coffee, making a pot of tea, Reeves Chung & Chii Yat Ming, Coffee Engineering
as well as bringing out the best flavours in coffee-food
pairing. The Grand Barista Championship has been giv-
ing big boost to HOFEX and bringing together a fruitful
content and a vibrant atmosphere. It provides a perfect
platform for baristas to show their talent amid a lively fun
atmosphere with comprehensive facilities and supports,
which no other shows in Asia can compare.
Being held at Bean2Cup @ HOFEX, the specialised
coffee sector of Asia’s leading food & hospitality tradeshow,
Hong Kong Café of the Year will be the centre stage in the
industry offering the best platform for promoting coffee
and tea culture. Café owners, baristas, chefs and cooks will
be there to source, network and inspire each other.
The teams behind Hong Kong Café of the Year are calling Grand Latte Championship
for all industry stakeholders to participate and witness the Lux Wong, CoCo Espresso
