Maximum hygiene with the Nuova Simonelli

Nanotech filter holder

All coffee machines from Nuova Simonelli
now have a new filter holder. Aesthetically identical
to the previous one, the new filter holder is notable
as cleaning is much simpler, faster and with even bet-
ter results. Ongoing materials research from Nuova
Simonelli has resulted in a new generation of filter
holder with specially treated surfaces. These make
the holder easy to clean and ensure maximum hy-
giene.

This innovation is the result of nanotechnol-
ogy when processing the steel to prevent deposits
forming. This is the same process used with the
steam wand, which is already approved for Nuova
Simonelli under the NSF 51 standard for contact
with food. This is another hygienic and ergonomic
feature that Nuova Simonelli has studied, designed
and implemented so all baristas can work better, with
