Mango Sorbet






                   Ingredients    ·  Mango  400g
                                  ·  Fabbri Morbifrutta  35g
                                  ·  Fabbri vegetable fibre  30g
                                  ·  Sugar  125g
                                  ·  Water  360g
                                  ·  Fabbri mango delipaste  50g

                                                                          Instructions


                                                                          ①   Mix all ingredients evenly
                                                                              with mixer.
                                                                          ②   Put the mixture into gelato ma-
                                                                              chine.
                                                                          ③   Take gelato out of machine when
                                                                              it’s ready, store in freezer.
                                                                          ④   You can match your mango Sor-
                                                                              bet with fresh mango, or replace
                                                                              the milk with fresh yogurt or
                                                                              coconut milk.
