Tea and Wine: A Harmonious Interlude

In ancient times, there was the saying “Distilling wine from
fragrant pine blossoms, steeping tea in crystal clear spring water,”
with the two practices complementing each other beautifully.
When the serene and restrained art of tea encounters the unre-
strained and exuberant craft of bartending , the fusion of the two
                                            inevitably becomes intriguing.

Select several seasonal fruits and melons as flavor pairings,
carefully matching them with the appropriate seasonal teas and
base liquors. Envision the tea table as a stage for a theatrical
performance, with tea and liquor as the protagonists, and various
utensils serving as the glamorous attire changing during scene
transitions. In harmony with every gesture of the Eastern tea
ceremony, the moment tea and liquor are poured into these vessels,
they beautifully complement each other and the setting, staging a
summer chapter within this tiny corner of the world.

Amidst tea and liquor, lies a profound dialogue with oneself.
