Italian grinder manufacturer Mazzer continues its innovation in applying new technologies on its grinders. The latest achievement Major V features 83mm flat burrs. The barista-oriented design will empower not only baristas but also the cafe owner. With a big screen supporting 19 languages, the grinder has a Grind Flow Control (CFC) system consisting of a removable aluminum outlet insert equipped with a through-flow wire damper. It can keep grounds from getting on the counter while getting uniform coffee grounds in the portafilter. Once it is connected to the cloud, the grinder data can be easily accessible and monitored to help business save costs and grow. Major V also has a low retention system to save coffee and time and a double fan cooling system to keep it cool inside the machine while grinding.
